Spectacular TV offers content through different models:

• Live TV Channel: Available to all registered users.
• Subscription Plans: Grant access to our catalog of on-demand content.
• Rent-on-Demand: Certain videos are available for rental for a limited period (usually 48 hours).
• Ad-Supported and Ad-Free Plans: Some subscription options include advertising, while others provide an ad-free experience.

Content availability may not be accessible based on your location, licensing agreements, or other factors. We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time.

5. Pricing & Payments

By purchasing a subscription or renting content, you agree to pay the specified fees, which are displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary by country and is subject to change. Spectacular TV reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice for active subscribers.

Payments are billed automatically according to your chosen plan, using accepted credit or debit cards. Depending on your payment provider, additional charges such as foreign transaction fees may apply.

If your payment method fails, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, and we may suspend your access until payment is successfully updated. Spectacular TV does not provide refunds for partially used billing periods or unwatched content.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If your trial converts to a paid subscription, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

7. User Obligations & Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must assume responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

By using Spectacular TV, you agree to access content only through official channels and refrain from copying, distributing, or modifying any material without authorization. You may not share your account credentials or use the service for commercial purposes without prior consent. Any unauthorized access, tampering, or attempts to circumvent security measures may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Our Intellectual Property Rights

Spectacular TV reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Spectacular TV Services and all related content, features, and functionalities are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind—either express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Spectacular TV is not responsible for any data loss, system failure, service delays, interruptions, or the presence of malware or harmful components.

You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your use of Spectacular TV Services and that your use is at your sole risk. Spectacular TV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your access or use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
